I just wanted to announce the pizza sales for Dieterich for the month of November.  The grand total that will be donated to the Unit 30 Foundation is $322.  It was a very good month for pizza sales, thank you for your support.

We had a surprise guest at the office today.  I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot more of this guy.

The team from Jumpin Jimmy's presented Russ Marvel from the Unit 40 Foundation with a check for October 2009.  The check, which was nearly $2,500, was donated to the Foundation as part of the Partners in Education Program. This program will soon be a year old and the total amount raised year to date is $26,500.

What a day!!!!  We had a contest to win 2 tickets to the Miley Cyrus concert in St. Louis and did we have a turn out.  Wayne and Angela from KJ Country were there keeping the crowd entertained.  It was hard to miss us with the giant circus tent erected in the parking lot.  We even had a Miley/Hanna dress up contest that brought in nearly 20 contestants.  I was sure glad I wasn't one of the judges, that was left up to Kathy, Bobbi, and Kim.  Chris and Daniel had their hands full with food operations.  They sold nearly $250 worth of hot dogs, chips, and soda.  All the money made from the food sales was donated to the Effingham County Relay For Life.

When it was all over, the dress up winner was Mackenzie Whittenborg.  The grand prize ticket winner for the event was Emerson Webster.  Thank you  to everyone who attended and Emerson enjoy the concert.

We had a great time at our Customer Appreciation Day event at our location at 2301 S. Banker in Effingham. Woody and Brenda from WCRC were there giving away CDs and T-shirts. The gang from Jumpin Jimmy's kept the hot dogs warm and fountain drinks cold. Check out a few of the pictures from the event.

Mike and Bobbi present the June 09 Partners in Education check to Donna and Jeff from the Unit 10 Foundation.  The program was started in March of this year and so far over $2,000 have been raised for the Foundation.

We had a great turn out for the Dieterich 4th of July parade. The parade was one of the largest in the area. We gave out several Marathon T-shirts, Hammer mugs, and of course a lot of candy. The Jumpin Jimmy's van was a crowd favorite. When you see it, you will understand why.

Team Jumpin Jimmy's finished a strong 2nd place in the 4th of July T-Town Bud Classic softball tournament. They had a great tournament but came up a little short of taking the top spot. Great job!!!!!
