Jumpin Jimmy's University

Jumpin Jimmy's University is an internal training program designed by the Leadership Team for the continuing education of our store managers, which we view as being of vital importance. Jumpin Jimmy's University is a classroom setting in which all managers meet monthly  in small group settings with instruction by our Leadership Team in ever evolving topics. These topics are often chosen by our managers based on the areas in which they feel they need additional training. This is strictly for the benfit of the managers. Topics change monthly and vary from Human Resources topics such as Labor Law to Marketing training on new products and the merchandising of such.

We are very proud of this industry leading program. We have seen tremendous benefit from Jumpin Jimmy's University. Our managers enjoy the time that they get from the Management Team as well as the question and answer sessions. We at Jumpin Jimmy's feel that this program has made a substantial difference in our company and look forward to its continued growth.
